Your role at digitty.io
You are an experienced Digital Marketing Leader and Manager with proven expertise in building Marketing strategies from scratch and executing being very hands-on. You are Creative and Customer Focused. Furthermore, you are a caring and conscientious manager being able to develop, lead, and grow a team of A-players by empowering them and trusting their abilities. Your role is to lead our in-house marketing team and external agency to increase and maintain our user growth rate, with responsibility for content strategy, marketing campaigns, branding, online auto-show management, social media management and online user management. You have a growth mindset. You are a proactive and dedicated team player, a strong leader.

Challenging and optimization of our current strategic growth setup directly with our Founders
Analysis of new product- and customer segments with subsequent scoping and implementation of cutting-edge growth initiatives
Strategic planning and steering of all marketing activities and processes
You will enable, motivate, and manage our sales and marketing team with full responsibility
You own the definition and implementation of the end-to-end-growth strategy
Together with the founders you will set priorities identify growth opportunities to achieve company targets
You will set ambitious customer acquisition and retention targets and know how to leverage all performance channels (incl. SEA, Social, Display, Influencer, CRM) to achieve them
Build and execute brand and competitive positioning strategy
Planning yearly marketing and promotional activities
Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identifying target audiences and creating digital campaigns that will engage, inform and motivate
Project management (our projects require an integrated approach, responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and ensuring the project runs smoothly, constantly evaluating and optimizing it)
To continuously optimize every aspect of marketing and sales funnel.
Good understanding of SaaS economics such as LTV, CAC, payback time etc!
Market research and competitor analysis
What you bring along
7+ years of experience in marketing as well as 5+ years of experience in leading a sales/marketing team
Experience in leading growth of a scaling up start-up, ideally SaaS industry and has prior contacts in the digital and marketing industry/relevant channels.
Strong and broad range of marketing skills (esp. partnership, content, performance & product marketing)
Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads. Other paid advert networks experience is a plus.
Ability to optimize all aspects of marketing campaigns.
Collaboration experience with paid media or SEO agencies.
Familiar with DACH market and user behavior.
Proven ability to create data-driven as well as creative strategies and efficient scale-up processes
Demonstrable experience in implementing data-led marketing strategies & using web analytics tools.
Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals.
Detailed-oriented, passionate about problem-solving, validating data and hitting the goals.
Entrepreneurial mindset and good self organization.
Able to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
Strong leadership experience and skills.
German(Minimum C2 level)and fluent English communication skills
You are proficient in building online audiences
