Your role at digitty.io

We’re ramping up growth in digitty.io and are looking for a  Sales Manager to join our team. You are an expert in the field of strategy execution and goal management. Your expertise and ability to explain complex topics in a simple manner convinces prospects that digitty.io is the right fit for them. You’ll be reporting directly to the Head of Growth while working alongside a highly talented team that is eager to push digitty.io to the next level.

  • Be the first point of contact for future customers.

  • Take ownership of small and medium-sized accounts and convert them to customers.

  • Provide demos and product walkthroughs and make sure prospects have a good understanding of both our software and services.

  • Get prospects set up on digitty.io  as quickly as possible, and help them experience the full value of our product.

  • Ensure close communication with potential customers and develop positive relationships with them.

  • Optimize operational processes and guide our customers in the onboarding process.

  • Ensure services are delivered as promised and within terms of service

  • Provide consistent updates on your pipeline and sales forecast

  • Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge

  • Collect feedback from your clients on new products and features, help shape the roadmap for Business

What you bring along

  • Strong people skills. You like to get on the phone and solve customer problems relevant work experience, e.g. in a start-up, software or B2B

  • You love what you do and believe in what we’re building here at digitty.io.

  • 5+ years of experience with inbound sales, preferably at a SaaS company.

  • Passionate about (inbound) sales and tech companies.

  • Fluent in German (at least C1) and English.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Organized and well-structured working style.

  • "Learning by Doing" approach towards personal development and interest to constantly face new challenges

  • Excellent communication skills and a very humane approach

  • An independent but highly cooperative way of working with a lot of personal responsibility from day one
