People and Operations Intern (m/w/d)
You will experience what is essential in active recruiting. After a short orientation phase you will be able to assist in approaching, selecting and interviewing candidates and help to coordinate the recruiting process. This will give you a deep insight into the startup ecosystem and a good understanding of the respective talents. You will also accompany our candidates throughout the entire recruiting process.
You will also work and support on diverse conceptual People & Organization projects. Furthermore, you will have a high degree of creative freedom, operational flexibility and responsibility and will work within small and fast-moving interdisciplinary teams based in Berlin.
The role is based in Berlin.
You support the recruitment process end-to-end (draft job descriptions, post on suitable sourcing channels, review applications and get involved in active search)and research of new organizational models
You are an active part to shape our employee journey including; attraction/recruitment, on-/off-boarding, performance management, employee relations and company culture
You are a key contact to our candidates and guide them through the entire process to represent our unique culture
Organize people related events
You are part of strategic People organization projects relating to employee engagement, learning and development
You support to monitor necessary processes & tools to ensure an efficient Recruitment experience
Constantly optimizing and improving our employer branding together with our Team.
Currently, enrolled as a full time student in Business Administration with focus on Human Resources, Psychology and/or relevant fields
First professional work experience in Human Resources or Personnel Development
You enjoy participating in the entire recruitment process and shaping an amazing candidate experience
You have a good sense of humor, you are able to inspire and motivate team!.
Furthermore, you approach things proactively and in a solution-oriented way.
You are an open-minded person, who is eager to learn and try out new things.
Solid knowledge of the start-up scene and enthusiasm for the latest tech trends
You are an energetic and an excellent team player with solution-oriented thinking and excellent communication skills
Fluent in German and English
Time for at least six months
